US-based craft spirits manufacturer Eastside Distilling has introduced new craft distilled product Burnside Buckman RSV Bourbon.

Aged for ten years, the new limited-edition bourbon features a dark umber colour with flavours of spiced fruit, citrus and peppercorn. This is combined with scents of apple and wood.

Eastside Distilling’s master distiller Mel Heim said: “Our Burnside Buckman RSV Bourbon is a celebration of our ten-year anniversary and the newest member of our highly acclaimed Burnside Whiskey family.

“We’ve mellowed some of the best-aged bourbons in our distinctive western US Quercus garryana casks to create a one-of-a-kind premium bourbon experience. This limited-edition bottling is available while supplies last.”

The new Burnside Buckman RSV Bourbon will be initially available in Oregon. It has been finished in casks made from rare Quercus garryana wood.

Heim added: “We are proud of this uniquely smooth and satisfying bourbon expression, which exemplifies the passion that Eastside Distilling has in creating the highest quality craft spirits as we head into our second decade.”

In February this year, Eastside Distilling expanded its range of rum products with the release of coffee-infused spirit Hue-Hue Coffee Rum.

The company’s products include Burnside Bourbon, West End American Whiskey, Goose Hollow Reserve, Below Deck Rums, Portland Potato Vodka, Hue-Hue Coffee Rum and fruit-based spirits.

Eastside Distilling is a majority owner of Big Bottom Distilling and the Redneck Riviera Whiskey.
