Chemesis launches beverage division in Puerto Rico

Chemesis International has launched a new functional beverage division in Puerto Rico through its subsidiary Natural Ventures.

With 35,000ft² of manufacturing and extraction space, Natural Ventures is a fully integrated medical cannabis company that serves approximately 90% of dispensaries in Puerto Rico.

The new division will release products such as Café Energy Shot, Sleep Shot and Calming Shot. These products will be made available across Natural Ventures’ entire dispensary network within the next month.

Commenting on the launch of Café Energy Shot, Chemesis CEO Edgar Montero said:  “This product is a special blend of the best Puerto Rican Coffee beans and locally sourced honey. Natural Ventures is creating an all-natural alternative for consumers that requires energy throughout the day with the launch of our Café Energy Shot.

“Our manufacturing process does not compromise the therapeutic value of cannabis and the delicious taste of Puerto Rico’s finest coffee beans, we anticipate significant demand for this product.”

Puerto Rico’s health department has recently implemented a new online platform enabling patients to gain quick and convenient approval for the use of cannabis products. This new initiative has allowed Natural Ventures to continue expanding its footprint on the island and bring products to this emerging market.
