Andavi Solutions has purchased GreatVines, an enterprise-level beverage sales execution platform, as part of a strategy to expand through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

The purchase was backed by private investment firm Endeavour Capital, which focuses on partnering with other market companies to help them enhance their growth potential.

Endeavour Capital will support Andavi Solutions’ efforts to strengthen its position as a leading provider of software and data insights within the beverage alcohol technology market.

Andavi Solutions president Lisa Whinnie said: “The addition of GreatVines to Andavi provides a solid footprint in the broader beverage alcohol industry. We are extremely excited about the GreatVines software and data offerings, and growth potential.”

Financial details of the deal have not been divulged.

Powered by Salesforce (SFDC), the GreatVines platform provides sales execution and trade promotion management software for beverage suppliers, distributors and promotional agencies.

GreatVines provides analytics and sales strategies for company progression in today’s fast-paced market conditions.

Its set of mobile tools for wine, spirits and beer promotes the management of three-tier account relationships.

In addition, GreatVines has a network of domestic and overseas clientele that will contribute to Andavi’s mission for the development and offer of decision-making tools, as well as real-time mobile solutions.

GreatVines CEO John Collins said: “We were looking for a partner who would understand our beverage alcohol roots and commit to product innovation with continued investment in our solutions. Andavi is the perfect fit.

“We look forward to partnering with Andavi to enhance and expand the solutions we provide our customers.”

For the acquisition transaction, Madison Park Group served as the exclusive financial adviser to Andavi Solutions.
