Chobani, makers of oat milks and probiotic drinks, has announced the launch of Chobani Coffee, a ready-to-drink (RTD) coffees in the US.

The company claims that its new RTD coffee uses single origin cold brew and features Chobani’s oat milks and dairy creamers.

Chobani president and COO Peter McGuinness said: “Nutrient dense Greek yogurt and coffee have long been a perfect pair, fueling our lives throughout the day.

“Chobani Coffee is crafted from single origin 100% Arabica beans, geared for the passionate coffee drinker looking for cold-press brews who love the added taste of creamers made from farm-fresh milk and oat milk.”

From this month, consumers will be able to try Chobani Coffee in four new flavours including cold brew pure black (no sugar, no dairy), cold brew with sweet creamer and cold brew with vanilla (each made from farm-fresh milk) and cold brew with oatmilk (made with gluten-free oats).

The company claims that its new RTD coffee line has natural ingredients and contains no artificial flavours or sweeteners or preservatives.

Additionally, the oat milk and creamers present in the cold brews are inspired by the company’s existing Chobani oat and Chobani coffee creamer platforms.

Available in Tetra Top packaging, the new RTD coffee is available at grocery and retail stores, the suggested retail price (SRP) of $4.49 per 32oz multi-serve or 2 / $7 on promotion.

In November 2019, Chobani expanded its product portfolio with the introduction of oat-based drinks, blends and dairy-based creamers, the highest expansion outside the yoghurt line in the company’s history.
