Starbucks has expanded its mocktail range with the launch of new Emerald City Mule and Cascara Lemon Sour cold brew flavours at the Seattle Roastery.

Drawing inspiration from the craft of making cocktails, these mocktails feature Starbucks' smooth cold brew as a base, along with individual flavour infusions.

Emerald City Mule is a reserve cold brew and ginger beer infused with burnt cinnamon syrup, fresh lemon, and finished with an apple slice.

Cascara Lemon Sour is a reserve cold brew shaken with Woodinville barrel-aged maple syrup, fresh lemon, and garnished with a luxardo cherry and Cascara sugar.

"We engage in a conversation with the customer about the beverage’s ingredients and its build as we’re making it."

The Seattle Roastery's five-year partner (employee) Lincoln Bechard said: “Handcrafting beverages is storytelling.

“We engage in a conversation with the customer about the beverage’s ingredients and its build as we’re making it, which develops into a community experience as other baristas and customers join the conversation.”

These beverages will be handcrafted at the Coffee Experience Bar on the lower level of the Seattle Roastery.
