Cannabiniers has launched non-alcoholic cannabinoid-infused craft beer Cannabier and Just Society, a line of cannabinoid-infused cold-brew iced teas and coffees.

The US-based beverage, technology and brand management company has released Two Roots Brewing Co and Just Society in select dispensaries across Nevada.

Cannabier is claimed to be a micro-dosed beverage that emulates the rapid onset of alcohol.

Cannabiniers’ product development director Kevin Love said: “Our product development team, alongside our artisan brewers, approached our development with the full understanding that Two Roots represented a new class of adult beverage that may be the world’s first non-alcoholic Cannabier.

“The Nevada launch of Two Roots is the culmination of more than two and half years of research, development, planning and building.”

“We are thrilled to offer Two Roots and Just Society to the residents of Nevada, offering an alternative, healthy and delicious platform for cannabis consumption.”

With less than 100 calories per serving, Two Roots’ initial product offerings include style-emulations of lager, stout, new west India Pale Ale (IPA), Blonde Ale and Wheat.

Cannabiniers COO Tim Walters said: “The Nevada launch of Two Roots is the culmination of more than two and half years of research, development, planning and building of not just a product or brand, but an organisation with 150,000sf of operations across California and Nevada, with 150 employees.

“Last week’s Constellation Brands and Canopy Growth transaction validated our position as a first mover speciality adult beverage company; our Nevada launch of Two Roots has us an estimated year ahead of the world’s largest alcohol companies, and an estimated three or more years ahead within the US as a result of federal laws.”
