US-based fermented probiotic and kombucha beverage manufacturer KeVita has launched three new flavours in their line of cleansing probiotic apple cider vinegar tonics, which includes Meyer Lemon, Ginseng Mandarin and Elderberry.

Meyer Lemon is currently available at retailers across the US, and Ginseng Mandarin and Elderberry will be rolled out later this year under an exclusive partnership with Whole Foods Market.

KeVita CEO and co-founder Bill Moses said: “With the trend of drinking vinegars on the rise, we aim to drive innovation and find more ways to help consumers live healthier lives with the best ingredients.

“KeVita's sparkling tonics are a trifecta of functionality with cleansing apple cider vinegar, the natural digestive support of probiotics, and deliciously functional ingredients, like turmeric and ginseng, making them the ultimate functional value on the market.”

The trinity also joins KeVita's range of fermented and functional beverages, which includes live probiotics and innovative functional ingredients.

"We aim to drive innovation and find more ways to help consumers live healthier lives with the best ingredients."

The expansion reaffirms KeVita's leadership in this fast-growing category with the largest distribution of drinking vinegars in the country.

The company claims that all three flavours of the collection are made with apple cider vinegar, KeVita's proprietary water kefir culture, four billion colony forming units (CFU's) of live probiotics, 100% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C, and only 25 calories for each 8oz serving.

KeVita says that its new offerings are USDA Certified Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, gluten-free, non-dairy, vegan and kosher.
