Constellation Brands acquires Schrader Cellars’ wine portfolio

US-based wines company Constellation Brands has purchased Schrader Cellars' wines unit for an undisclosed sum.

The purchase includes vineyard sourcing, existing inventories, and eight Schrader Cabernet Sauvignons.

Sourced from the vineyards of Napa Valley, Schrader Cabernet Sauvignon's lineup comprises Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard in Oakville.
