DS Services has completed an acquisition of Mountain Valley Spring Company for $78.5m.

The transaction was funded through a cash and asset-based lending facility.

DS Services is a subsidiary of Cott Corporation that is engaged in the production and distribution of packaged water and beverages.

Mountain Valley is a spring and sparkling water brand with production facilities in the Ouachita Mountains and Hot Springs, Arkansas. Its products are delivered to homes and offices in the US.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

Helltown Brewing has acquired Rivertowne Brewing.

Established in 2011, Helltown Brewing is a small-scale brewery, while Rivertowne is engaged in craft beer brewing.

The acquisition enables both the brands to market products side-by-side, while offering variety and quality to the customers.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

Craft Collective Beerworks has completed an acquisition of Postmark Brewing.

The founders of Postmark will continue to operate the original brewery site, which includes its tasting room and retail store in Vancouver, Canada.

Craft Collective Beerworks is a collaborative craft brewery, while Postmark is a craft brewery. Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in Canada.

The acquisition enables Postmark to expand distribution of its products in British Columbia, Eastern Canada and global markets.

Postmark also expects Craft Collective’s technical and production capabilities to enable it to introduce new and innovative products in 2019.
