Upper Street Marketing's unit Ennoble Beverages has entered into an agreement for the rights to sales and distribution of Frank's RedHot Beverage products.

Inclusion of the Frank's RedHot Bloody Mary and Frank's RedHot Caesar beverages to the portfolio of Ennoble is a part of the firm's expansion plan.

Upper Street acquires and grows beverage brands such as Mike's Hard Lemonade, which has seen a revenue of $600m with the firm.

The firm is bolstering its distribution network, led by former Mike's Hard Lemonade US chief financial officer (CFO) and current Upper Street chief executive and interim CFO Feza Sanigok, along with chief operating officer and chief marketing officer Chris Pfeifer.

Sanigok and Pfeifer have the understanding as well as the promotional strategies required to grow the beverage business.

Working with brands such as Frank's RedHot Beverages, which recorded sales of $1m in its first year, Ennoble is planning to tap underdeveloped, high-growth-potential markets.

Upper Street focuses on identifying, investing and facilitating the growth of companies with return on investment (ROI) potential.
