Koios Beverage has signed a production line and co-packaging agreement with Golden Global Goods, the parent company of Rocky Mountain Soda.

Golden Global Goods is known for its high-quality hand-crafted sodas, while Koios Beverage is a functional beverage company.

Koios will gain access to Rocky Mountain’s production line as part of the transaction for its new range of cannabidiol (CBD) infused beverages The new arrangement will cut the costs of raw materials, shipping, storage, warehouse fees, production and co-packing.

Koios will buy two new tanks, which can be used to mix and create beverages produced from the proprietary blend of nootropics.

Liquid I.V has secured $5m through a series B funding round led by CircleUp Growth Partners.

Liquid I.V is a fast-growing consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand, while CircleUp Growth Partners is an institutional investment firm based in the US.

The funding round has also involved the participation of TQ Ventures, Kygo, Myles Shear and Adam Eaton.

Coca-Cola Amatil has expanded a supply agreement for Caffitaly’s machine and coffee capsule system in Australia.

Founded in 2004, Caffitaly has three production factories and logistic hubs in Bologna, Milan and Bergamo, Italy. The combined machine capsule systems are available in more than 70 countries globally.

Coca-Cola Amatil produces and distributes products to more than 950,000 customers in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Fiji and Samoa.

The extension agreement is a part of Coca-Cola Amatil’s long-term growth strategy for its alcohol and coffee division.

Coca-Cola Amatil initially launched Caffitaly’s products in Indonesia, under the first master supply agreement signed in December 2017.

The agreement enabled the expansion of Grinders Coffee brand in Indonesia.
