CSMall Group intends to raise up to HK$636.97m ($81.4m) through an initial public offering of 194.2m shares priced at HK$3.28 ($0.42) each.

Based in China, CSMall Group is a retailer and wholesaler of silver jewellery and collectables.

It is a subsidiary of Hong Kong-based investment holding firm China Silver Group.

Sensei Tech has raised €0.5m ($0.61m) from German retailer Metro Group through a pre-seed funding round.

Based in Portugal, Sensei is engaged in the development of a real-time video recognition solution backed by artificial intelligence (AI) for the retail sector.

The company intends to use the proceeds towards digitising its high street stores.

eBay has entered an agreement to acquire the Japanese business of Giosis for $7m.

eBay is a US-based technology firm, while Giosis is an operator of online marketplace platform in Singapore.

The acquisition includes Giosis’ Qoo10.jp platform.

Grub Cycle has raised MYR0.02m ($0.005m) in venture funding from a start-up company named 1337 Ventures.

Grub Cycle is a social supermarket that aims to minimise food waste in Malaysia.

The company will also have an option in the future of purchasing AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Firebas credits as part of the transaction.

Kravve.co has received MYR0.02m ($0.005m) from 1337 Ventures through venture financing.

Based in Malaysia, Kravve.co is an e-commerce platform for home-made food products.

The transaction also gives the options of AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and Firebas credits to be awarded to Kravve.co.
