Big Drop Brewing has completed a seed funding round to raise £500,000 ($643,405) from private investors to increase its production capacity and marketing capabilities.

Founded in 2016, Big Drop Brewing is a UK-based producer of 0.5% alcohol-by-volume (ABV) beer.

The company witnessed a 775% increase in its sales over the last 12 months.

Grover Zampa Vineyards will purchase United Spirits’ winery Four Seasons and Hindustan Construction Company’s Charosa Wineries for Rs670m ($9.4m).

Grover Zampa Vineyards is backed by Reliance Capital, while United Spirits is a producer of alcoholic beverages.

All the companies involved in the transaction are based in India.

Anheuser-Busch InBev Worldwide has announced the pricing for its proposed offering of bonds for $15.5bn in principal amount.

The bonds to be issued include 4.15% notes due 2025, 4.75% notes due 2029, 4.9% notes due 2031, 5.45% notes due 2039, 5.55% notes due 2049, and 5.8% notes due 2059.

CC+B and Eastside’s Mother Lode co-packing subsidiary will combine the operations and become a preeminent local provider to the ready-to-drink (RTD) cocktail segment. The co-packing business will operate under Craft Canning + Bottling name.

Bolney Wine Estate has merged with Pookchurch Vineyard to create a 104-acre estate, which will increase premium wines production.

Pookchurch Vineyard will produce an additional 200t of grapes for the Bolney Wine Estate’s wines.

The latest transaction will add 67 acres to Bolney Wine Estate’s estate.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the UK.
