Pernod Ricard USA has renewed its distribution agreement with wine and spirits distributor Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC).

Expected to strengthen the partnership, the agreement will see RNDC distribute a wide range of Pernod Ricard brands across various US states, including Louisiana, Maryland, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas and Washington DC.

RNDC will also distribute Pernod Ricard’s wine and champagne portfolio in Georgia, Michigan and Virginia.

Pernod Ricard USA’s chairman and CEO Paul Duffy said: “RNDC has been a valued partner of ours for many years, and we look forward to continuing our collaboration.

“This extension will further help support Pernod Ricard’s ability to serve our customers in key markets across the US.”

“Only through trust and collaboration with our respective distributor partners can we continue to build on these successes.

“We want to work with our wholesalers in a way that is ultimately most beneficial to our customers. This extension will further help support Pernod Ricard’s ability to serve our customers in key markets across the US.”

The initial contract became effective as of 1 July this year and will now be extended through to June 2024.

RNDC’s president and CEO Tom Cole said: “We are exceptionally pleased to continue our partnership with Pernod Ricard. The combined strength of commitment from both companies has created a strong track record of success in serving our consumers.”
