Deals this week: Parker Products, Niagara Bottling, Coca-Cola Bottling Company United


The Riverside Company has made an investment in Parker Products.

US-based Parker Products develops and manufactures custom specialty ingredients for food and beverage applications.

Jones Day was the legal advisor to Riverside, while Madison Capital and GMB Mezzanine Capital financed the deal.

Niagara Bottling has reached an agreement to acquire the bottled water business of First Quality Water and Beverage, a bottled water producer.

"Coca-Cola Bottling Company United has acquired ten new sales and distribution territories and a production facility in south-east US."

Financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

Niagara Bottling offers bottled, sparkling, and minerally enhanced waters, as well as tea and sports drinks.

Coca-Cola Bottling Company United has acquired ten new sales and distribution territories and a production facility in south-east US from Coca-Cola Bottling Consolidated and The Coca-Cola Company.

The acquisition has resulted in the recruitment of 100 new employees.
