Snipp Interactive, an international provider of mobile marketing solutions, eWinery Solutions, a global provider of winery direct-to-consumer software and services solutions and Nxt-Wine Mobile, an independent mobile solutions company focused on the wine industry, have signed a marketing agreement to sell mobile marketing programs to wine industry.

Snipp has used its ‘Mobilize Me’ platform to create a comprehensive mobile solution that serves the wine industry.

The mobile marketing solution will be sold to eWinery’s over 500 customers and will allow wineries to implement sophisticated mobile-based marketing campaigns through coupons, contests, loyalty programs, gift-with-purchase and more.

It allows wineries to capture customer relationship management data, drive additional sampling and sales, shipment tracking by cell phone and send shipment alerts to the customer.

The solution first allows customers to take a photo of the label on wine bottle, send it through message and then receive back a link to the customized mobile website developed for the winery.

From this customized mobile website, customers can enter a contest, receive a coupon, sign up for a wine club and receive mobile shipping alerts.

All the technical developments will be handled by Snipp, while Nxt Wine will look after program implementation for existing eWinery customers.

eWinery president Ronald Scharman said they are happy to work with Snipp on these unique value building solutions for the wine industry.
