Pernod Ricard USA, the premium spirits and wine business and subsidiary of France-based Pernod Ricard, has expanded its ABSOLUT VODKA portfolio with the addition of ABSOLUT CHICAGO.

ABSOLUT CHICAGO is seventh flavour in the brand’s city-inspired flavour portfolio, which began in 2007 with the introduction of ABSOLUT NEW ORLEANS and followed with ABSOLUT LOS ANGELES, ABSOLUT BOSTON, ABSOLUT BROOKLYN, ABSOLUT SF and ABSOLUT MIAMI.

The new spirit features olive and rosemary flavours and is ideal for making cocktails including martinis, bloody marys and lemonade simple serve.

The spirit is housed in a specially-designed limited-edition bottle, whose design was crowd-sourced through a partnership with the Chicago-based design community, Threadless.

Pernod Ricard USA vodkas vice president Maxime Kouchnir said ABSOLUT CHICAGO is a product of creativity and collaboration.

"By putting the bottle design in the hands of artists, ABSOLUT® CHICAGO inspired hundreds of people to express their creativity through an unexpected canvas," Kouchnir added.

ABSOLUT CHICAGO is currently available for purchase at suggested retail price of $19.99 per 750ml bottle.
