IKI Leads, a Nigeria-based wholly-owned firm involved in distilling, blending, packaging and marketing of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, is all set to open a new distilling facility at Agbara Otor in Delta State, Nigeria.

The distillery is mainly known for its flagship products Pasa Bitters, Meridian Brandy and Meridian Ponche.

Pasa-Bitters is an alcoholic drink prepared from chosen plant extracts and other vital Ingredients, while Meridian Ponche is a sweet alcoholic beverage that can be diluted with fruit juices and other soft drinks.

Meridian Authentic Nigerian Brandy is 100% original and is derived from distillation of varietal wines harvested in Nigerian vineyards but distilled in France.

Located at Shylon Estate in Agbara Ogun state, the three storey facility is designed and constructed to meet the specifications of NAFDAC.

The company has recently completed the installation of the equipments with the help from Chinese experts.

IKI Leads managing director Innocent Onwunali was quoted by This Day Live as saying that it is the beginning of better things to come for their customers who have made Pasa Bitters and Meridian brands their preferred choices.

"First, the ultra modern factory is fitted with the state of the art equipments that will guarantee that our products are made of international standards and in line with global best practices," Onwunali added.

"Secondly, our products will be available round the country to meet the demands of our teeming customers."

With the new facility in place, IKI Leads can now follow sound production standards and international practices to provide quality product.

The company will officially unveil the facility on 27 October 2013.
