El Catador, a Dominican Republic-based importer and distributor of wine, has selected Miami-based consulting firm Doble Group to improve its sales processes and develop a formal lead generation program.

Since its establishment, the wine distributor did not have a formal lead generation program to track the sales of customers without an open account and therefore wanted to implement a customer relationship management (CRM) that would change the way its team members sold the product.

To meet its specific business needs, El Catador chose Doble Group’s Salesforce.com (CRM) that combines both CRM and performance management consulting with cloud computing technologies to improve business.

Doble Group, which helped many companies throughout the US, Central America, the Caribbean and Latin America improve their business results, aligned El Catador’s business process with Salesforce.com and automated some of El Catador’s internal policies and procedures to generate sales leads, besides expanding its retail and commercial client base.

Salesforce.com (CRM) allows El Catador sales teams to be effective in their sales, marketing and customer service processes.

El Catador CFO Hank Perea said with the below average economic conditions, they looked for a solution that would improve their sales in future.
