Christie’s International Real Estate (CIRE), a global real estate network wholly owned by a fine art auction house, has launched a new advisory service to help international buyers purchase vineyard estates.

The new service, Vineyards by Christie’s International Real Estate, brings together Christie’s fine wine experts and the network’s luxury property specialists to offer a consultative service for potential buyers looking to acquire vineyards.

CIRE launched the service to meet the demands raised by clients at Christie’s wine auctions in Hong Kong requesting for an expert advice while purchasing international vineyards.

Clients participating in the new service will receive expert advice from Christie’s wine experts, followed by an introduction by Christie’s property specialist to vineyards available for purchase around the world.

The company will also provide custom travel arrangements and translation services for clients.

Christie’s wine Europe and Asia international director David Elswood said the project brings together the knowledge and networks of the world’s main auction house for wine and Christie’s International Real Estate.

"We are uniquely positioned to offer this highly specialized vineyard advisory acquisition service and we look forward to this exciting venture," Elswood added.

Christie’s International Real Estate CEO Bonnie Stone Sellers said, "With the fine and rare wine expertise of Christie’s and the experienced local partners in Christie’s International Real Estate’s network of affiliates, clients have a unique opportunity that only Christie’s can provide."
