Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant is developing a new brewery and restaurant in the Perimeter Center at Metro Atlanta, Georgia, US.

The company signed a lease agreement for the proposed facility in November 2019. Known as Iron Hill Perimeter, the new facility will represent the company’s second location in Georgia and third in the southeastern region. The brewery and restaurant will also fulfil Iron Hill’s plan to open and operate 20 locations by the end of 2020.

Iron Hill Perimeter is expected to open mid-2020 and will complement the company’s location in the Buckhead neighbourhood of Atlanta. Set to open at Lenox Marketplace at 3535 Peachtree Road NE, the 7,770ft² Iron Hill Buckhead will have an on-site brewing facility and a bar and restaurant space that can accommodate approximately 250 people.

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant location

Iron Hill Perimeter is located at Twelve24 at 1224 Hammond Drive in Atlanta. Twelve24 is a 16-storey multi-tenant office tower with 11,000ft² of retail space in the ground floor.

The location has direct access to Dunwoody station on the Red Line of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) rail system.

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant design and details

Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant selected Aria Group Architects to design the new facility. The brewery will cater to both the suburban and metro areas of Atlanta. It will cover an area of 7,500ft² and offer a seating capacity of 350 in the bar area and dining room.

“The location will serve as a new brewery and dining space for the tenants of the building, offering craft beers and food.”

The new brewery and restaurant will be designed to reflect the modern colour palette and floor plan of the company’s recently opened and upcoming facilities.

It will include additional patio seating to improve the customer experience. Iron Hill Perimeter will feature a traditional core menu that will include more than 15 craft kitchen items, including baby back ribs and grilled Brewben Sandwiches.

The company follows eight steps in the brewing process at its locations, including milling, mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, fermentation, filtering and serving.
