UK-based alternative investment company Whisky & Wealth Club has expanded its presence into the Scotch whisky market.

The company has partnered with Bladnoch Distillery, a 202-year-old whiskey producer in the Scottish Lowlands.

Whisky & Wealth Club co-founder and COO William Fielding said: “We’re thrilled to be entering the Scotch market after our successful launch with cask Irish whiskey less than a year ago.

“Bladnoch is the perfect distillery partner for our Scotch launch, the distillery estate is world-renowned which will add to the value of the casks as they mature.

“This is a really exciting time for the whisky market and the reception we’ve had from investors has been phenomenal.”

Under the partnership, the distillery will produce a spirit for Whisky & Wealth Club members.

Dr Nick Savage will distil the spirit, which will then be filled in 200l ex-Bourbon casks and stored at Bladnoch estate warehouse to mature.

Dr Nick Savage said: “This new spirit we are creating for Whisky & Wealth Club reflects the craftsmanship of my team and our exceptional dedication to creating superb Lowland single malt whisky. We are excited to help Whisky & Wealth Club bring their clients a chance to invest in the future of Scotch whisky.”

Last year, Whisky & Wealth Club entered cask Irish whiskey and reported revenue of €4m in the first six months.
