Our/Vodka is set to open new micro-distillery Our/New York in Manhattan, US.

The new distillery will be operated by Dave Ortiz, an entrepreneur and founder of Dave’s Quality Meat (DQM).

Our/Vodka founder and CEO Åsa Caap said: “Our/New York is an important and exciting chapter in the Our/Vodka story and Dave, a born and raised New Yorker, is the perfect partner to write that chapter.”

Located at 151 West 26th Street in Manhattan, Our/New York micro-distillery will be opened to the public on 25 May, and will feature a public tasting room, a bar, a retail shop, a gallery and an event space.

Our/New York is a corn-based vodka that is claimed to be blended using New York City tap water. It is claimed to be smooth, fresh and pure with a slight grain and fruity flavour.

At the Our/Vodka micro-distilleries, the beverage is produced using locally sourced ingredients and is distilled and blended in small batches. The vodka is then hand-bottled onsite at the micro-distillery.

With 40% alcohol by volume (ABV), Our/New York offers a 375ml bottle for a manufacturer’s suggested retail price of $22.99.

Currently, Our/Vodka micro-distilleries are present in Berlin, Detroit, London, Amsterdam, Los Angeles and New York.

Our/Vodka was established in 2010 by a group of Swedish entrepreneurs and later funded by Pernod Ricard.
