Trinchero Family Estates has expanded its spirits and speciality beverage portfolio with the launch of Trincheri Vermouth wines.

This line of dry and sweet wines was crafted using traditional recipes that pay homage to the Trinchero family’s history in Italy, New York City and Napa Valley.

Trinchero Family Estates’ marketing senior vice-president Dave Derby said: “The launch of Trincheri Vermouth celebrates not only the incredible contributions of the Trinchero family as winemakers and spirits purveyors but also the heritage of craft cocktails and their resurgence in today’s dining experience.

“Bringing to life this 120-year-old family recipe is truly a passion for everyone at Trinchero Family Estates, and we are thrilled to introduce Trincheri Vermouth to cocktail enthusiasts and bartenders everywhere.”

Trincheri Vermouth is available in Rosso Vermouth and Dry Vermouth varients. Grapes sourced from Trinchero family’s California vineyards are used to make the beverages.

Rosso Vermouth features Chardonnay sourced from Napa Valley and Barbera, an Italian wine grape variety that is grown in Amador County.

Dry Vermouth features French Colombard soured from Bullfrog Vineyard in Central Valley.

The Rosso and Dry varients are said to have been infused with Roman Artemisia and Cinchona Bark bitter herbs, as well as other fruit, botanicals and spices to offer Vermouth with a balanced amount of bitterness, sweetness and flavour complexity.

Both Trincheri Dry and Rosso Vermouths are available for $24.99 and are distributed to 29 states across the US.
