US-based Straus Family Creamery has launched its Organic Extra Rich Barista Milk for speciality coffee and tea industry.

The company has launched the new milk ten years after it first introduced its organic Barista whole milk in the market.

Straus Family Creamery founder and CEO Albert Straus said: “As a dairy farmer and a pioneer in organic agriculture with a lifetime dedication to sustainable land stewardship and small-scale family farms, I know that origin truly matters.

“This new barista milk represents a standard of quality and care that I share with baristas.”

“This new barista milk represents a standard of quality and care that I share with baristas. Their extreme devotion to their craft and knowledge of the source of their ingredients reflect my approach to quality production.”

Straus Family Creamery’s new product is claimed to have been made using organic milk from pasture-fed dairy cows. It features higher milk fat content and higher milk solids that are lightly homogenised.

The company’s production process lightly homogenises the milk to create a combination of protein and fat for steaming, while retaining its sweet taste.

Extra Rich Barista Milk will be added to the company’s existing organic line-up, which already includes four milk products.

Straus Family Creamery is a family-owned business that offers minimally processed milk, cream, yoghurt, as well as a variety of wholesale and speciality dairy products.
