Sated has launched a new range of flavoured ketogenic meal replacement shake mixes at Ketofest in New London, Connecticut.

The new mixes are claimed to be naturally sweetened and will be available in chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavours.

Sated founder Ted Tieken said: “Our customers requested naturally sweetened versions and we listened, even adding a new strawberry flavour.

“We worked hard to create a blend of natural sweeteners that is delicious. We’re looking forward to sampling it to the Keto community at Ketofest.”

“We are driven to help consumers achieve their health goals and refresh the food system after years of factory food-driven eating habits.”

Sated’s naturally sweetened meal replacement shake mixes align with the ketogenic diet’s high-fat, moderate-protein and low-carbohydrate attributes that are designed to encourage the body to burn fats rather than carbohydrates.

Developed to suit the ketogenic lifestyle, Sated’s new keto shakes contain less than 1g of net carbs per 100 calories.

The products are a blend of four natural sweeteners, two kinds of protein, four kinds of healthy fat and three kinds of fibre.

The ketogenic lifestyle was started by Tieken in 2014, who credits it as a key tool for managing life-inhibiting muscle pain.

Tieken said: “We are driven to help consumers achieve their health goals and refresh the food system after years of factory food-driven eating habits have created a domestic legacy of obesity and compulsive eating.”

Sated is a US-based ketogenic and low-carb food company. Its flavoured shake mixes will be available on the company website and on Amazon.com.
