US-based Perricone Juices has signed an agreement to acquire all of the remaining shares of Lambeth Groves, which it does not currently own.

At present, Marc Craen and Dan Petry are shareholders and operators of Lambeth Groves. They will join the team of Perricone Juices to continue to lead the Vero Beach, Florida operations and sales teams.

Craen and Petry will serve as operations senior vice-president and sales vice-president, respectively.

Perricone Juices notes that the newly combined entity will enable it to offer quality, premium juices to its customers.

The company’s CEO and shareholder Bob Rovzar said: “We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Lambeth Groves.

“This acquisition enables us to bring the great team at Lambeth Groves into our supply network to provide our customers with the best tasting and highest quality juices available on both coasts.”

Founded in 1994, Perricone Juices offers a range of orange and grapefruit juices. The company also creates lemon, lime, and tangerine juices in conventional, as well as organic varieties.

The company’s not-from-concentrate (NFC) premium juices are fresh and pasteurised. They are on sale at major retailers, as well as hotels, restaurants and speciality manufacturers, including beverage and baking companies.

Recently, the company has expanded its product list to include essential citrus oils.

Rovzar added: “Perricone Juices will work collaboratively with the entire Lambeth Groves team to continue to profitably grow our business and seek synergies and best practices that will benefit the new company and all of our employees.”

Perricone offers its juices directly to consumers and the foodservice industry, as well as speciality manufacturing companies across the country.
