PepsiCo is expanding its product offerings portfolio with the launch of a new non-alcoholic cocktail mixers range, Neon Zebra.

The new line is available in four different flavours, namely Margarita Mix, Strawberry Daiquiri Mix, Mojito Mix and Whiskey Sour Mix.

The company claims that all its four flavours are produced with real juice and are free from artificial sweeteners.

Margarita Mix is said to offer a tangy and bold taste with a flavour of lime and can be paired with tequila, while Strawberry Daiquiri Mix is said to provide a sweet and fruity strawberry flavour with a hint of lime, which can be paired with rum.

Mojito Mix comes with lime and the light sweetness of real sugar, and the final variant Whiskey Sour Mix offers a balanced citrus flavour.

PepsiCo Beverages North America Innovation and Capabilities vice-president Emily Silver said: “With at-home cocktail consumption on the rise, we saw an opportunity to build and disrupt this fast-growing category with a product that meets consumers’ needs for convenience – to cut out time and mess without compromising on quality and taste.

“Neon Zebra adds a new level of personality in the cocktail mixer category with its bold flavours and colours and easy-to-use, recyclable mini-can format. We’re thrilled with this new venture and all of the opportunities to come in the mixology category.”

From March, Neon Zebra will be rolled out aluminium cans and paperboard six-packs.

Earlier this month, PepsiCo expanded its product range for teens by rolling out a new line of hydrating juice waters, Frutly.
