US-based bourbon maker Peerless Distilling is set to offer three Peerless Straight Rye Whiskey Single Barrel varieties that have been hand selected by head distiller Caleb Kilburn.

On 18 November, the company will be inviting consumers to taste the new products.

Kilburn said: “For me, the Single Barrel programme is about showcasing the three individual flavour pillars that go into making our Flagship: oak and pepper, fruit and floral, and caramel and vanilla. Each one creates a unique experience that represents the complexity of Peerless Rye Whiskey.”

“On 18 November, the company will be inviting consumers to taste the new products.”

The distillery has been conducting taste sessions of the two-year-old product since its release this year.

The Straight Rye Whiskey Single Barrel and the Peerless Flagship will be available for tasting at the Kentucky Peerless Distilling located in downtown Louisville.

Based in Kentucky, Peerless Distilling has been in the bourbon production business since 1889.

The company claims that its products are produced using high-quality ingredients and grains, which are milled, cooked, fermented, double-distilled, and barrelled as Bourbon and Rye.
