Smart Beer, a craft brewer, has expanded its distribution to New Jersey, US.

Its organic beer product is brewed using herbal ingredients for a clean, crisp taste.

Smart Beer founder Gabriel Heymann said: “We shouldn't have to sacrifice well-being in order to celebrate life's moments, and that's what Smart Beer is about.”

"We shouldn't have to sacrifice well-being in order to celebrate life's moments, and that's what Smart Beer is about."

The company is headquartered in New Paltz, Hudson Valley. It claims to use certified organic ingredients.

Last October, the company released its first flagship brew, an Organic Golden Ale, and later this was joined by a bold and refreshing Organic IPA in May of this year.

Smart Beer claimed that its products are organic, non-genetically modified organisms (GMO), and targeted at the socially-conscious generation.

Its drinks are sold at stores and bars of all boroughs of New York City and beyond, including Mets' Citi Field and Whole Foods locations.
