Rosa Foods has launched new ready-to-drink (RTD) meals brand Soylent across 18 7-Eleven stores in the Greater Los Angeles region.

The 7-Eleven company will sell Soylent in Cacao, Cafe Coffiest, and Cafe Chai flavours.

Soylent founder and CEO Rob Rhinehart said: "It is exciting that the demand for our breakthrough line of drinkable meals has moved beyond e-commerce.

Soylent is claimed to include a number of vitamins, minerals, fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.

7-Eleven's senior product director for vault Todd McFarland said: "Soylent is a differentiated product for the on-the-go, millennial.

The new drinks are available at 18 7-Eleven stores in the Los Angeles area, Soylent.com, and Amazon.
