Wines and spirits firm The Rémy Cointreau Group has completed the acquisition of single malt whisky distilleries Domaine des Hautes Glace and Westland Distillery.

Financial details of the acquisitions have not been disclosed.

Rémy Cointreau signed an agreement for the now completed acquisition of Westland Distillery in December last year, thereby expanding its existing range of single malt whiskies.
