"We tested the Chinese imported beer market last year to good effect."

“What's apparent to us now is the early adopters of mainstream European beer brands in China are now looking for more interesting high quality beers, beers with a real story to tell; and our 700 year old ABK brewery in Bavaria produces some truly outstanding and multi award-winning beers which have been warmly and enthusiastically received.

“We are delighted to have teamed-up with REN Distributions as they have nationwide retail reach and we now look forward to really building our brand in China."

ROK Drinks was co-founded by John Paul DeJoria and Jonathan Kendrick.

John Paul DeJoria is the co-founder of Paul Mitchell, a hair care business in North America, as well as co-founder of Patron Tequila.
