New York-based JUST has partnered with Point Blank Distributing to distribute its water brand in Oregon, US.

JUST claims that it ethically sources 100% spring water and sells in a paper-based bottle, which is made of plant-based plastic and FSC-certified paper.

The improved water bottle creates up to 74% less greenhouse gas emissions than traditional PET plastic bottles

"JUST is a different type of company, producing bottled water in an unprecedented way."

JUST draws spring water from the Glens Falls watershed in upstate New York. The company has a trade revenue partnership with the city of Glens Falls wherein it pays the local community six times the municipal rate to source less than 3% of its excess water.

JUST CEO Grace Jeon said: "We take partnerships to heart from our community, retail and our distributor partners who do so much of the heavy lifting in the market. And to find the ideal partnerships in each market takes time. Shared values and trust are critical in building an impact business."

Point Blank Distributing’s non-alcoholic and speciality products brand manager Cameron Steen said: "At Point Blank, we seek unique products and brands which serve evolving consumer expectations, particularly for increased sustainability.

"JUST water addresses such needs, and we are looking forward to making an impact in our market with JUST water.
