Fiji and Samoa-based Paradise Beverages has introduced Fiji Bitter, a limited edition commemorative beer.

The beer has been launched to mark the company's sixtieth year of trading in the beverage industry.

The limited edition brew contains 6% alcohol-by-volume (ABV) and is available in a 440ml memorabilia can.

Paradise Beverages general manager Mike Spencer said: “From our humble beginnings with production of just one beer, we can now proudly claim to be the power behind Fiji and Samoa’s most loved beverage portfolio, with more than 16 brands of beers, spirits, and ready-to-drink (RTD) beverages produced in our breweries and distillery.

"In brewing our commemorative Fiji Bitter, we’ve tried to pay tribute to the brewery’s roots but also acknowledge our continuing passion for innovation."
