The new offerings are said to reflect the vibrant and rich culture of Los Angeles and will be available at select retailers and restaurants.

Mulholland Distilling founder Matthew Alper said: "At Mulholland, our mission is to create artisanal spirits that reflect and celebrate the diversity and vibrancy of our great city.

"Our mission is to create artisanal spirits that reflect and celebrate the diversity and vibrancy of our great city."

"We've traveled the entire country in search of the finest spirits available and are working with top distillers, blenders and mixologists across the nation to bring those spirits here for all to enjoy."

Mulholland American Whiskey is reported to have vanilla bean, sweet corn, and maple mesh aromas, with a note of baking spice, as well as hints of oak with dried fruit and herbal rye.

New World Gin and Mulholland Vodka are distilled six times from 100% non-genetically modified corn and are gluten-free

The gin reportedly has cucumber and juniper notes, followed by a burst of lime. Tinges of lavender florals, citrus and vanilla are also present.

The vodka is claimed to have hints of vanilla, pepper and mint. It is said to be clean and smooth, and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or in a cocktail.

Mulholland Distillery's American Whiskey, New World Gin and Vodka, clubbed together and called The Spirit of Los Angeles, are available for purchase online.
