Pulse Beverage has entered distribution agreements with three companies including Bill’s Distributing, ZT Distribution, and Croton Farms.

Bill’s Distributing will be responsible for distributing Pulse Beverage products in Alaska, while ZT Distribution will cover the Wisconsin and Northern Illinois region. Croton Farms will handle distribution in New York and Connecticut.

Pulse Beverage plans to expand its market reach through the agreements.

All the entities involved in the deal are based in the US.

Michael David Winery has announced the purchase of Silver Oak Cellars’ Geyserville winery in California, US.

The deal also includes 12 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards and tasting rooms. It is expected to strengthen Michael David Winery’s presence in the North Coast wine region.

Both Michael David Winery and Silver Oak Cellars are wine producers based in the US.

Coca-Cola Bottling Company United has signed a letter of intent (LoI) with the Coca-Cola Company to expand its territories in the US.

Under the LoI, Coca-Cola Bottling Company United will acquire the metro Atlanta territory along with seven new areas in Georgia.

The company will also acquire two production facilities.

Coca-Cola Bottling Company United is a privately owned company based in the US.
