Buttermilk Confections New flavours

Olam International has priced a private placement of $30m aggregate principal amounts of senior notes due in 2021, which will bear a coupon of 4.50% per annum.

The transaction is expected to be completed by mid-April.

Credit Suisse, DBS Bank and HSBC are the financial advisors for the deal.

The Innis & Gunn and Diego Zamora have formed a joint venture named SIP Drinks SAS for import and distribution of their respective drinks brands throughout the French market.

Under the agreement, all team and financial resources will be shared by both the companies for progressive expansion.

SIP Drinks’s current brands Innis & Gunn, Ramon Bilbao, Licor 43, Villa Massa, Mar de Frades and Cruz de Alba.

Buttermilk Confections has entered a partnership agreement with Southwestern Distillery for the production of two new fudge flavours.

The partnership will allow the two producers to work closely to create the limited edition treats packs of gin, pastis and vanilla fudge.

Fage International, a Luxembourgish dairy company, is looking for an interested buyer to sell its milk processing facility in Amyntaio, Greece.
