US-based wines company Constellation Brands has purchased Schrader Cellars' wines unit for an undisclosed sum.

The purchase includes vineyard sourcing, existing inventories, and eight Schrader Cabernet Sauvignons.

Sourced from the vineyards of Napa Valley, Schrader Cabernet Sauvignon's lineup comprises Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard in Oakville. This portfolio also includes Schrader GIII Beckstoffer Georges III Cabernet Sauvignon, Schrader LPV Beckstoffer Las Piedras Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Schrader RBS Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, and Schrader T6 Beckstoffer To Kalon Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon.
