BluePrint, a US-based producer of juice drinks and cold-pressed juices, has launched organic Kombucha Drinks at Whole Foods Market and local retailers in New York tri-state area.

The company also plans to introduce its new USDA certified organic drink in Whole Foods Market Midwest area in September this year.

BluePrint general manager Alex Galindez said: "Our dedicated BluePrint consumers have been asking for a Kombucha product.  We know they are on-the-go and need solutions to fit their lifestyles.

The drinks contain organic cold-pressed juices mixed with fermented tea to offer functional benefits, such as digestion and immunity.

The BluePrint Kombucha drink line consists of four varieties, namely Kale-a-lu-ya, Miss Tang, Raise the Roots, and Sweet Heat. Each drink will be sold for $3.49.

Kale-a-lu-ya is a combination of Kale, spinach, and parsley juice, and it is an excellent source of antioxidant Vitamin A, and Miss Tang is a combination of Lime, lemon and ginger juice, supporting the immune system.

Raise the Roots contains beet, carrot and ginger juice, which helps to maintain stamina and is packed with Vitamin A. Sweet Heat features ginger, apple and lemon juice.

BluePrint Kombucha Drinks will also be available in Sprouts Farmers Market locations from August this year.

BluePrint, is a brand of The Hain Celestial Group, which was launched in 2007.
