Royal Unibrew intends to acquire Etablissements Geyer Freres.

Royal Unibrew is a Denmark-based beverages provider that manufactures beverages at its production facility in Munster, France.

Etablissements Geyer Freres is a producer and distributor of LORINA craft lemonade, including PureThe and InFreshhh brands.

The acquisition will enable Royal Unibrew to extend its footprint in the French soft drinks market and strengthen its export portfolio.

Constellation Brands has acquired Four Corners Brewing.

Constellation Brands is an alcohol beverage company, while Four Corners is a craft brewery that produces flavoured beers.

Both the companies involved in the transaction are based in the US.

Lion has acquired Fourpure Brewing Co.

Lion is a food and beverage company based in Australia, while Fourpure Brewing is a craft brewer based in London, UK.

Lion is currently active in the UK and Europe, selling a range of Australian and New Zealand craft beers and fine wines.

Keurig Green Mountain will merge with Dr Pepper Snapple to set up a new beverage company named Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP).

The shareholders of Dr Pepper Snapple will receive a special cash dividend of $103.75 a share as part of the deal.

KDP is expected to generate approximately $11bn in revenues annually and will run more than 120 offices, manufacturing plants, warehouses and distribution centres in North America.

It will operate from headquarters located in Massachusetts and Texas, US.

KDP’s brands will include Keurig, Dr Pepper, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Canada Dry, Snapple, Bai, Mott’s and The Original Donut Shop.

The Beverage Company BidCo (BevCo) intends to acquire 100% equity and shareholder loans of SoftBev.

Working through its subsidiary Little Green Beverages, BevCo is engaged in the manufacturing, packaging and distribution of branded and private-label non-alcoholic beverages.
