Lila Wines has expanded its canned beverage portfolio with the addition of Lila Bubbly Rosé.

A Latitude Beverage brand, Lila Wines’ new variant will join its existing canned wine portfolio, which includes an Italian sparkling wine, a French rosé and an Italian Pinot Grigio.

Lila Bubbly Rosé contains wine sourced from the Veneto region of Italy. It offers a balance of strawberry and passion fruit flavours with a crisp finish.

Latitude Beverage Company CEO Kevin Mehra said: “Canned wine is one of the most innovative wine trends today, and we’re excited to add another great varietal to our Lila Wines portfolio.

“Canned wine is one of the most innovative wine trends today.”

“Lila Bubbly Rosé features the crisp freshness of a rosé and the light effervescence of a sparkling wine, making it the perfect pairing for any summer celebration.

“Lila has been one of our most beloved brands since launching two years ago, and we anticipate Bubbly Rosé will help the brand grow by 60%-70% in 2018, exceeding last year’s 55% growth.”

The company further claims that all of its wines are naturally gluten-free, and low in calories and carbs.

Consumers can purchase Lila Wines’ new products in a four-pack of 8.4oz cans with a manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) of $11.99.

Lila Wines was first introduced by Latitude Beverage Company in 2016. Its range is currently available in more than 40 states across the US and in national grocery chains, including Publix, Wegmans, HEB, Meijer, Cost Plus World Market, Harris Teeter and Shaws.
