US-based Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company has released 15 barrels of new Peerless Dimensions whiskey variants.

Hand-selected by head distiller Caleb Kilburn, the new products utilised a wide range of ageing processes to provide different distinct flavour profiles.

Approximately 216 hand-labelled bottles were produced from each barrel. The products will be available for purchase by the case for liquor stores and bars, as well as available to retailers annually.

Kentucky Peerless Distilling Company also released a two-year-old Rye Whiskey in May last year. Within the first year of its release, the team worked with distributors to introduce the whiskey into the US.

“Approximately 216 hand-labelled bottles were produced from each barrel.”

In addition, the company released three Peerless Straight Rye Whiskey Single Barrel varieties in November last year.

At the time of release, Kilburn said: “For me, the single barrel programme is about showcasing the three individual flavour pillars that go into making our Flagship: oak and pepper, fruit and floral, and caramel and vanilla. Each one creates a unique experience that represents the complexity of Peerless Rye Whiskey.”

Peerless Distilling has been in the bourbon production business since 1889.

The company claims that its products are produced using high-quality ingredients and grains, which are milled, cooked, fermented, double-distilled, and barrelled as Bourbon and Rye.
