Fruitive launches new line of blended fruit and vegetable beverages

US-based Fruitive has expanded its offerings portfolio with the launch of a new line of blended fruit and vegetable beverages.

The company’s whole-food drinks line ProduceBlends is a line of blended fruit and vegetable beverages.

Established in 2011, Fruitive was founded by Gregg Rozeboom and offers plant-based meals in a fast-casual setting.

Rozeboom said: “This is the healthier way to drink fruits and veggies. Our ProduceBlends are a major upgrade to the juices that have been one of our specialities since 2011. But ProduceBlends are more efficient and more sustainable.

“They’re packed with 100% of the nutrition available from the ingredients we use, and because they use whole fruits and vegetables, there’s no waste.”

The company said that its ProduceBlends line serves as a convenient and nutrient-dense alternative to cold-pressed juices.

Furthermore, Fruitive announced that it will upgrade its entire menu of juices with ProduceBlends.

The company noted that the juicing process removes fibre and pulp, where many nutrients can be found. On the other hand, blended drinks retain the full nutrient value of their ingredients and produce no unnecessary waste.

Rozeboom further added: “Blends are the future of liquid nutrition. ProduceBlends are more efficient than cold-pressed juice and just as convenient for consumers.

“They’re a better value, too, and by eliminating the waste that results from the juicing process, blends are more earth-friendly and sustainable.”

Last month, Fruitive announced that it was franchising across the US, offering prospective owners the opportunity to bring a 100% plant-based, whole-food menu to local markets.
