Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits Canada has signed a ten-year distribution agreement with Iceberg Vodka to expand brand distribution across retail locations in Canada.

As part of the agreement, Southern Glazer’s Canada will distribute Iceberg Vodka ‘s products in nine Canadian provinces and three territories, excluding Newfoundland.

Founded in 1994, Iceberg Vodka offers spirits made with Peaches and Cream Sweet Corn, which make the product naturally gluten-free.

Starbucks has signed a new 21-year licensing agreement with Arla Foods.

The agreement allows Arla Foods to continue to produce, distribute and market Starbucks’ milk-based ready-to-drink (RTD) coffee beverages for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Arla became the licensing partner of Starbucks in 2010 to produce and distribute milk-based RTD coffee beverages to supermarkets and convenience stores across the EMEA.

Arla has launched Starbucks beverages in 38 countries across EMEA to date and intends to sell more than 110 million units a year.

The RTD beverage products are made using milk sourced from 11,200 farmers and Arabica coffee beans supplied by Starbucks Coffee Company.

Nestle Holdings has secured CHF600m ($608.7m) through a public offering of senior notes due 2028.

The notes will pay an annual coupon rate of 0.75% until they mature on 28 June 2028.

Based in the US, Nestle is a manufacturer of food, beverages and pet care products.

Ruixing Coffee (Beijing) has raised between $200m and $300m of funds through a Series A funding round.

Based in China, Ruixing Coffee (Beijing) delivers coffee through online platforms and physical stores.

Preserve Health has raised more than $0.5m through a seed funding round from angel investors and individuals.

Based in Australia, Preserve Health has developed a new hydration-boosting sports drink named PREPD.

The firm intends to use the funds for launching PREPD in the market.
