Coca-Cola Consolidated (CCC) plans to open a new sales and distribution centre at the Cypress Ridge Industrial Park in Ridgeland, South Carolina.

The new facility will be created with an investment of more than $5m, which will create approximately 20 new job vacancies.

Coca-Cola Consolidated’s local branch manager Steve Curtis said: “Coke Consolidated has a rich history in South Carolina, and this investment reinforces the commitment we have to the state.

“This new facility will help us operate more efficiently to better serve our retail customers and loyal consumers throughout the region while creating jobs.”

“Coca-Cola Consolidated is reported to be the largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the US.”

CCC’s new facility at Cypress Ridge Industrial Park will be engaged in sales and distribution activities of Coca-Cola products throughout Allendale, Bamberg, Beaufort, Colleton, Hampton, and Jasper Counties.
