Two brands of distiller MGP Ingredients, TILL American Wheat Vodka and George Remus Bourbon, have partnered with Breakthru Beverage to serve as their exclusive distributor in Illinois, US.

The deal is are part of MGP Ingredient’s market expansion plans for both brands.

MGP Ingredients vice-president of brands Andrew Mansinne said: “We are proud of our Midwest roots, and it is particularly exciting to partner with the team at Breakthru to build TILL Vodka and George Remus Bourbon in Illinois.

TILL American Wheat Vodka is produced from locally grown Kansas wheat and distilled in Kansas through a proprietary process, which has been perfected over 75 years.

George Remus Bourbon is crafted from aged bourbon reserves located in the brand’s 170-year old Lawrenceburg distillery in Indiana.

It produces two whiskies: George Remus Straight Bourbon and Remus Repeal Reserve Straight Bourbon.

The Straight Bourbon has a hint of vanilla, a maple aroma, and a sweet rye flavour.
