UK-based Bohem Brewery has expanded its canned Czech-style lager range with the addition of Victoria Session Pils and Henry Honey Lager.

With 4.2% alcohol by volume (ABV), Victoria Session Pils offers a grapefruit flavour combined with scents of bread and a spicy finish.

With 6.6% ABV, Henry Honey Lager has been brewed with specially imported honey from a small farm in Borsice, South Moravia.

Bohem Brewery launched its first canned Czech-style lagers in October this year. The two new additions are now available for a recommended retail price of £3.65 and £4.90, respectively.

“Our commitment to brewing in the authentic Czech style delivers the genuine article.”

Through its distribution partnership with beer wholesaler The BottleShop, Bohem has now made its beer available from retailers such as Caps and Taps, Hops Burns & Black, Ghost Whale and Beer Shop Hitchen.

Customers can also purchase Bohem’s canned beer range from its online store.

Bohem Brewery’s CEO Zdenek Kudr said: “We’re delighted that two more of our authentic lagers are now available in cans. The combination of the keg and can is making our distinctive, genuine lagers more widely available to craft beer enthusiasts.

“There are now more beers than ever on the market that call themselves lagers, but our commitment to brewing in the authentic Czech style delivers the genuine article.”

The company uses a custom-made lager brewing kit manufactured in the Czech Republic. It brews with specialist malts and yeast at low temperatures to create unfiltered and unpasteurised beers.
