Beverage maker Bali has launched its new drinks range, Bali Juice, in the US market.

Produced using super fruit mangosteen, the juice will be available in three different flavours: Life, Glow and Tao.

The Life beverage product offers a blend of sweet pomegranate and mangosteen berry and the Glow flavour is a combination of mangosteen juice and bright berry. Tao offers subtle hints of sweet green tea and exotic berry.

The company claims that all its flavours are naturally low in sugar, non-GMO and contain less than 100 calories per bottle.

“We are confident that Bali will offer consumers a great introduction to the category of mangosteen fruit juice.”

Grown in only a few Southeast Asian countries, mangosteen is a rare superfruit, which is reported to be a good source of Xanthones.

The company has spent two years developing its mangosteen products and it claims to be the first to bring mangosteen-based juices into the US.

Bali founder and chief strategy officer Edward Farley said: “We are confident that Bali will offer consumers a refreshing, refined experience and a great introduction to the category of mangosteen fruit juice.

“Whilst the super fruit does have a following in the US, it’s an untapped market here that has so much potential.”

Bali has already rolled out its new juice line up in the Southern California region.
