Beam Suntory’s Baker’s Bourbon, part of ‘Small Batch Bourbon Collection’, has launched its limited-edition single barrel bourbon in the US market.

Jim Beam’s sixth-generation master distiller Booker Noe created Baker’s Bourbon.

Beam’s seventh-generation master distiller Fred Noe said: “Baker’s Bourbon has always been a bit of a hidden gem of our portfolio.

“With my cousin Baker’s blessing, we’ve decided to give his namesake brand a little bit of the spotlight it deserves. We hope the folks who currently enjoy Baker’s enjoy it even more as a single barrel offering and that some more folks want to add it to their repertoire.”

The newly launched Single Barrel Bourbon will maintain its minimum seven-year age statement and signature 107 bottling proof, with 53.5% alcohol by volume (ABV).

Furthermore, details such as age and warehouse name where the product was aged, as well as the date it was barrelled, will feature on the new bottle design.

Jim Beam grand-nephew Baker Beam said: “For 27 years, I’ve been proud to lend my name to Baker’s Bourbon, and I’m excited about this new chapter.

“Baker’s has always been enjoyed by people who know a thing or two about their whiskey, and I think our fans are in for a real treat as we let the character of every single barrel come through. Let’s get the barrel rolling.”

Baker’s Single Barrel Bourbon is now available nationwide at a suggested retail price (SRP) of $59.99 for a 750ml bottle.

Furthermore, Baker’s Bourbon will release its limited-edition 13-year-old single barrel bourbon in the US market for an SRP of $99.99 per 750ml bottle.
